Gov. Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for Des Moines, Dubuque, Mitchell, Polk and Scott Counties in response to severe storms that occurred on July 15.
Gov. Reynolds announced approval of Buena Vista, Cherokee & O'Brien Counties for Individual Assistance under the previously approved Major Disaster Declaration.
