Grace period for physical damage loan application ends soon!
The deadline for Iowans seeking disaster recovery assistance was Monday, September 21, 2026, to apply for physical damages for the severe storms occurring July 2 – July 4, 2026. A grace period is now in effect for survivors to file a physical disaster loan application. The deadline is November 20, 2026.
