    The State must review progress on most mitigation actions annually. Delegation has been made to Silver Jackets for flood-related actions and issues.  There are 30 flood-related mitigation actions.  Proposed to review 5- 8 at each SJ meeting. For this meeting:

3.3Discuss and consider the recommendations of the December 2022 "Iowa Statewide Levee Districts Study" (Study), including establishing a state levee safety program and consolidating levee districts at the USACE system level (described more in Appendix F of the Study).
